I understand that you may be seeking answers or support in your life, and I'm here to help. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can discuss anything that is important to you. My commitment is to support you in exploring your thoughts and emotions, and I will always treat you with respect. Rather than telling you what to do, my aim is to help you access your inner resources so that you can find your own solutions.
How does it work?
Looking for the right counsellor can be overwhelming, so I would like to make it easier for you by explaining a little bit about what can you expect from me and the way I work.
I use holistic approach that integrates mind, body, soul, and emotions to guide you towards healing and growth. Due to variety of life experiences, different parts of self can get disconnected, which can result for example in anxiety or low mood.
We'll work on giving voice to different parts of yourself to regain balance and enjoy a greater sense of wellbeing.
Working as an integrative counsellor means that I can bring in elements from different theories (Person Centred, Gestalt, CBT, Transpersonal) to suit your needs in the moment. This way the therapy is personalised to your needs and your personal circumstances.
I work creatively to help you connect with different parts of yourself, but your comfort is my priority. You will never be asked to do anything that makes you uncomfortable, and your autonomy is always respected.
During our first session, we'll discuss your needs and focus, confidentiality, and schedule. This is also a great opportunity for you to see if I'm the right counsellor for you.

Currently I have limited availability on Mondays and Saturdays for Individual online sessions.
Counselling can be provided in English or Polish.

Fees
60 minutes session - £45
I also offer a small number of low cost appointments.
