I'm Paulina, an integrative counsellor and therapist offering in person sessions in Launceston, Cornwall and online across England. I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, eating difficulties, relationship struggles, and the unique challenges of being neurodivergent.

I also work with people who simply feel that somewhere along the way, they lost touch with who they really are.
